Freeway is the only authorized route to submit Lowe's translation requests. Use of any other channel (through Lionbridge or elsewhere) will result in a request from Lowe's or Lionbridge to resubmit your work through Freeway and will incur additional charges.
*The Freeway Login Page contains a section called 'Need an Account?'. Note that for Lowe's suppliers, this is NOT the place to sign up for an account. All new suppliers should sign-up through the New Lowe's Vendor: Click here for registration link above.
Failure to do so may result in a delay in your account creation.
You should receive the Freeway activation email within the next 3 business days. Should you require any assistance or request follow up on our account creation, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our Freeway support team will respond to your inquiry.
Once your account is created, all Lowe's related questions should be sent to email@example.com
